Who is Outside Live?

Outside Live is an national events, music and arts promotions organization that celebrates the multicultural experiences and their influence on music around the world.

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

Only tickets purchased through the official OUTSIDELIVE.COM page are guaranteed to be valid for all our events.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO ATTEND?

All ages are welcome to attend! Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please be advised the VIP Area is 21+

DO ALL AGES NEED A TICKET?

Ages 2 and up require a ticket.

ARE THERE DIFFERENT TICKET TYPES?

Outside Live has multiple ticket types offering different access and expierences. To see more details on our ticket options, please visit the Tickets section of the event you'd like to attend.

ARE TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE?

Yes, We suggest you buy in advance, as tickets may sell out.

CAN I PURCHASE SINGLE DAY TICKETS?

WHEN IS THE BOX OFFICE OPEN?

Box Office is usually open from 11AM - 9PM on the day of the event. Subject to change.

WHAT TIME DO DOORS OPEN?

The doors to most of our events open at 12PM, though this is subject to change .

WHAT TIME DOES THE CONCERT END?

Most of our events end at 10PM , though this subject to change .

IS THERE RE-ENTRY INTO THE CONCERT?

There is no re-entry into any of our events for concerns of safety.

WILL I BE SEARCHED UPON ENTRY?

Yup, event security will search all persons and bags prior to entry. Please review the prohibited items list if you aren’t sure whether or not you can bring something.

ARE THE EVENTS RAIN OR SHINE?

Yes, all events will go on rain or shine.

WHAT CAN I BRING? WHAT CAN’T I BRING?

In general, don't bring anything you wouldn't bring to your grandpa's cookout. We do have a list of Allowed & Prohibited Items.

WHEN WILL THE PERFORMANCE SCHEDULES BE RELEASED?

WHAT KIND OF ID DO I NEED TO BUY DRINKS AND PICK UP TICKETS?

Only valid (non-expired) government issued ID will be accepted.

WHERE ARE THE ATMS LOCATED?

All Outside Live events are cashless events. There are no ATMs onsite.

WHERE ARE THE RESTROOMS?

Please reference the Patron Map for exact locations.

WILL THERE BE FOOD?

Yes! There will be food (and drinks!)

WILL THERE BE VEGETARIAN/VEGAN ITEMS?

We love vegan and vegetarian food and there will definitely be options for both.

CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS?

No, only a empty recyclable container for water.

ARE THERE WATER STATIONS?

There will be a free water stations on event grounds. Please look to our FAQs on what hydration packs or water bottles can be on site. Water will also be available for purchase at our bars.

WHERE IS THE MERCH BOOTH?

Event merch and artist merchandise will be sold at the Event Merch Booth, see patron map for location.

ARE COVID VACCINES OR NEGATIVE TESTS REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE EVENTS?

No

AM I REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK TO ENTER THE EVENTS?

Per current local public health guidance, masks are recommended at the event, but not required.

WHERE CAN I GET MORE INFORMATION ON THE COVID-19 POLICY FOR ENTRY TO THE EVENT?

IS THE EVENTS ACCESSIBLE TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

Yes, all events are ADA accessible. Accessible restrooms are in the same area as all patron restrooms. The ADA viewing area is located in front of the stage. Visit the Guest Services booth for assistance

WHERE DO I GET MY ACCESSIBLE PASS?

Accessible Passes for ADA guests may be requested at the Box Office or at the Guest Services Booth inside the venue. This pass must be carried with you around the events for access to ADA viewing areas and other accessible needs. You can contact our Guest Services Manager at guest-services@outsidelive.com

AM I ALLOWED TO HAVE SERVICE ANIMALS?

Service animals are allowed, however, dogs must be on a leash at all times and you will be required to show proof that your furry companion is up to date on all required shots. Please remember that DB levels are high near the stages and to be aware.

WHERE ARE ACCESSIBLE RESTROOMS?

The accessible portals are located in the same area as the rest of the restrooms

Outside Live is all about bringing people together in the name of peace, love and joyfulness. We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, inclusive and enjoyable experience for every single one of our guests, artists, and staff.

However, whether or not we achieve this goal partly relies on the commitment of each of you, our valued patrons ! We ask that you review and commit to the following codes of conduct that we believe reflect the beautiful community we have all come to know since the Outside Live event.

Code of Conduct

As an event attendee, we ask that you please commit yourself to the following principles:

-Bring a positive attitude

-Hold each other accountable

-Be respectful of people’s identities, and cultures

-Practice active consent

Outside Live will not tolerate an act that directly conflicts with our values including but not limited to the following:

-Actions that intimidate, harass, harm, threaten, or endanger either themselves and/or others

-Activities that humiliate or insult another person’s human dignity

-Taunting, abusive or offensive language-Obscene or offensive gestures (physically and online)

-Possession, use, or sale of illegal drugs-Irresponsible consumption of alcohol

Furthermore, acts of discrimination, harassment, violence, or hate on any level are never tolerated and are strictly forbidden. If you are a witness to, or a victim of any such act while at the event (or on the event’s social media channels), please report it ASAP to a event staff member.

All violations of the law should also be reported directly to local law enforcement by calling 911, or finding a uniformed PD officer onsite while at the festival.

SECURITY POLICY

WHAT IS THE SECURITY SCREENING & ENTRY POLICY AT THE EVENT?

GENERAL SCREENING

For the safety of everyone entering the event, all attendees are subject to a full and complete airport-style search prior to entry. This may include a full body pat-down and magnetometer screening before entry. If you would like to be screened by security personnel of your same gender, please let security personnel know prior to the search process. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian.

ALLOWED & PROHIBITED ITEMS

Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry and reasonable suspicion. For a stress-free entry process, please carefully review and adhere to the rules in the list on our prohibited items.

Safety, Entry, and Health

Safety at Outside Live Events

We want every fan to feel safe at the event. Specific details regarding safety, security, medical, and any others can be found below or on our FAQ’s page. If you have an immediate need while on-site seek out any event staff, police, fire, or security personnel.

Current Health Policy

Based upon recent changes to both California and Sacramento County’s COVID-19 guidelines, we are updating our COVID-19 event policies. We will no longer require proof of vaccination or negative test as a requirement to enter the event. Although we are excited that this is based on positive data we also want to encourage all to continue to be vigilant. The following is a list of things Outside Live will keep in place:

- We will offer free personal protection equipment such as masks and hand sanitizer for attendees who request them.

- We will post health and safety recommendations around the venue.

As the the event approaches, Outside Live patrons will receive regular updates with important information regarding safety protocols, policies and procedures before entering any venue which will also be shared at www.outsidelive.com, on social media and via the Outside Live email list.

COVID-19 Warning

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our artists and employees. You must follow all posted instructions while attending any Outside Live event.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By attending Outside Live events, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Please help keep each other healthy.

EVENT ENTRY PROCEDURES

COVID-19 Compliance, Health Pledge, Wristband, and Bag Requirements

All event attendees age 12 and up must:

- Bring digital or physical (example: print-at-home) entry ticket;

- Comply with the Outside Live Attendee Health Pledge, below; and

- Comply with Outside Live's Clear Bag Policy, below.

WHERE CAN I GET A COVID-19 TEST (Not Required For Event)?

Test may be taken at any COVID Clinic around the nation.Note, appointment may be required.

WHERE CAN I GET VACCINATED (Not Required For Event)?

If you are in California, you can register for a vaccination via My Turn. Alternatively, you can find vaccination options across the country at https://www.vaccines.gov.

WILL MASKS BE REQUIRED?

In general, masks are recommended at the event, but not required..Complimentary masks will be available onsite per request.

HEALTH PLEDGE

As an event attendee, you pledge that you will not attend any day of the event if any of the following is true for yourself or anyone in your party:

Within the 14 days before attending the event:

- Tested positive for COVID-19; or

- Have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19; or

- Have traveled to any international territory identified by federal or applicable state or local governments as being subject to travel or quarantine advisories due to COVID-19.

Within 48 hours prior to attending the event, have experienced one or more of the following symptoms of COVID-19:

- Fever (>100.4F)

- Cough

- Shortness of breath

- Difficulty breathing

- Chills

- Repeated shaking

- Muscle pain/achiness

- Headache

- Sore throat

- Loss of taste or smell

- Nasal congestion

- Runny nose

- Vomiting- Diarrhea

- Fatigue

- Any other symptoms associated with COVID-19 as identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

TICKET POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS.

Only tickets purchased through outsidelive.com are valid.

If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry.All ticket holders must pass through security and are subject to bag inspection.Prohibited items will be confiscated by event staff.

PLEASE NOTE: This events does not offer Ticket Transfer options. However, all Print@Home tickets may be used by ANY ticket holder and the original purchaser does not have to be present.If you have any other questions about your tickets, please emailtix@outsidelive.com

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled. Venues and talent are also subject to change. If the event has been cancelled, you will be entitled to a face value refund. All fees (booking, service, transaction, processing, shipping, fulfillment) are non-refundable.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead on the scheduled date, time and venue. Outside Live cannot guarantee that event coordinators will inform the customer of any changes to the event date, time, venue, or talent.

Refunds for cancelled events are NOT automatically processed. Within five days of the scheduled event date, you must email your order information to tix@outsidelive.com to request your refund.

Refund Process – In order to initiate a refund request, a customer should contact tix@outsidelive.com as set forth in the applicable refund policy. Outside Live agrees to administer its refund policy in accordance with the terms set forth on the applicable event page.

Refund Review – Outside Live will review the facts and circumstances and determine whether or not a refund is due in accordance with the applicable refund policy. Outside Live will endeavor to complete its review within thirty (30) days of being contacted by customer. Customer should note that if a Outside Live has selected a facilitated payment method such as Stripe for an event, Outside Live will not have control of the funds and Outside Live will need the 3rd Party Payment Processor and the provider of the facilitated payment method to cooperate in order to obtain a refund, which may not happen. All determinations of Outside Lives’ with respect to these Customer Refund Policy Requirements, including without limitation the orders to be refunded and the size of any refund, shall be final and binding on both Outside Live and customer.

Please note, in the event of an event being cancelled, Outside Live cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the customer for travel, accommodation, or any other related service. Many times decisions to move or cancel events are not made by Outside Live, therefore we are not liable and will not offer compensation or refunds of any costs incurred.

Specific to Payment Plan Orders – All payment plan tickets must be paid in full prior to the event for your tickets to be valid. Payment plans can be cancelled at any time, however, in accordance with our terms of purchase there are no refunds for paid or partially paid tickets. In the event of cancellation or non-payment, any deposited funds are forfeited to the producers of the event. Please check your order details carefully before checking out. Any service fees for the payment plan will appear in the total. We are unable to make any changes to your payment plan once your order has been submitted. You must have a valid form of payment on file at all times during your payment plan. In the event of a declined charge, there is a maximum 10-day grace period for you to update your payment information to keep your payment plan current.

Ticket holder is aware that amenities advertised by Outside Live are not always guaranteed by Outside Live and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, gifts, express entry, special areas, celebrity guests.

The right to admission to an event is reserved by Outside Live and event venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion, and may from time to time carry out security searches. Outside Live would advise customers that no refunds will be offered to those who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, being (or appearing to be) under age as specified by the event organizer, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behavior (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorized audio, video or photographic recordings.

In order to prevent fraud and to protect both parties, you may be asked to provide additional information after your booking so that we can verify your purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem to be possibly of a fraudulent nature or high-risk. We perform various checks to determine the probability of fraud, including, but not be limited to, a request to be provided with an original credit or debit card statement, attempts to telephone, reference to records to check for other fraudulent activity at an IP address, etc.

You agree not to contact Outside Live to seek a refund or exchange from Outside Live when Outside Live is prohibited from providing one by its clients, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from Outside Live. Should you do so, your tickets may be cancelled, and Outside Live may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using Outside Live.

When ordering tickets online with Outside Live, please ensure you are looking for tickets and placing an order using only one browser window or tab. Looking up tickets using multiple browser windows or tabs could result in losing your tickets, timer expiration, purchasing too many tickets, or the wrong ticket type, none of which will be the responsibility of Outside Live.

Please ensure that you read all the information that applies to the event/ticket you are booking, and carry proof of age when attending the event if appropriate.

Customers are advised to carefully review each order to ensure that the purchaser has selected the correct event, ticket type, and seat choice. If the purchaser does not receive a confirmation (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if the customer experiences an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm with Outside Live whether or not the order has been placed. Outside Live will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if the customer fails to confirm the purchase within 5 days of purchase.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Outside Live of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the goods. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers booking online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address.

While we may allocate specific seats to you, the Theatre or Venue has the right to change the seat locations to others of equal value.

Will Call tickets must be picked up at the event unless otherwise noted. Tickets left at Will Call will not be refunded. Will Call start and end times are subject to change and are not grounds for a refund. You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket and a valid state issued picture ID. If you can not present these at Will Call, a clear photo of these items may be accepted instead, but such acceptance shall be at the sole discretion of the Outside Live . If you are unable to pick up your order at Will Call, you shall not receive a refund for this purchase.

If Outside Live is unable to mail an order for any reason See Tickets will arrange for the order to be available for pick up at the event’s Will Call.

If tickets that are shipped are returned to Outside Live as undeliverable, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY — Outside Live will not cover losses or damages arising from your voluntary participation in the events, including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the events or event sponsors. By purchasing the tickets through Outside Live, you hereby release and forever discharge Outside Live, and its officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the events. It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of Outside Live of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.

ADA INFORMATION

We pride ourselves on making all events a special experience for ALL of our guests. The following ADA Accessibility services will be available:

Guest services will be onsite to work with attendees on accommodations. In order to best serve our guests who need accommodations, we ask that you contact guest-services@outsidelive.com to request an ADA pass (at least 72 hours prior to the event). That same email can be used for questions, recommendations or more information. However passes will be made available onsite and can be retrieved at the guest services booth next to the box office and inside the venue. The exact location of guest services and all ADA amenities/areas will be placed on the event map and a copy of that map will be available to you.
